Shinage Table Tracking Arrives in Huai'an, Jiangsu - Centennial Restaurant
The Wen Tower was built in the eighth year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1828). Located on the eastern bank of the canal in Hexia, it faces the Quxiang Tower across the waters of Xiao Lake. Ascending the tower to admire the lake scenery evokes a sense of serene elegance, making it a frequent gathering place for scholars and literati—hence its name “Wen Tower” (Literary Tower).
The Wenlou Restaurant features a complex layout, with its dining area comprising three courtyards in a three-in-three-out configuration. This large yet intricate space poses significant challenges for servers locating customers and delivering orders. After installing the Shinage Table Tracking System, the restaurant leveraged its stable signal transmission and precise, rapid table positioning capabilities to help servers swiftly locate customer seating. Upon dish preparation, servers view the customer's table number on the system display terminal at the serving station, enabling precise delivery. This significantly enhances serving efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and has earned high praise from staff. The system's real-time features—including current occupancy counts, and overdue delivery alerts provide restaurant managers with real-time insights into service operations, earning widespread praise from management. Below are actual photos from the restaurant.
